Scarlett Johansson wants to get drunk with her future self.

In a Reddit post that went viral last week, 25-year-old Denver Joel Dodd said his grandmother looked exactly like the Ghost in the Shell actress when she was younger.

He posted a photo of his grandmother - taken in 1967 - to back up his claims and Reddit went wild as users commented on how she looked strikingly similar to Johansson.

The photo was taken at a Conway Twitty concert and Dodd said his grandmother was "drunk as a skunk" at the country music gig.

The image was viewed over two million times and it caught Johansson's attention, prompting her to send Dodd a message expressing her desire to meet his grandmother.

"Holy crap! I want to meet you in person," she said in the video.

"I saw that you were, quote, 'drunk as a skunk' when taking that photo and I would like to see your drunk face. I want to share a drunk face with you. Let's have a drink Geraldine."

"Do you want to come see Rough Night with me? Be my guest. We're a bunch of partying girls so it's a good running theme and I'll cover all your hidden costs. I'll see you at the bar. Be there or be square."

Let's hope Geraldine takes her up on the offer.
