Heavily pregnant Kate Middleton gets affectionate with Prince William in final appearance before royal birth
Kate Middleton is wrapping her princess duties before her second baby arrives next month.
The 33-year-old old royal made her final appearance today at the Stephen Lawrence Centre in London today, with her husband of four years Prince William.
The Duchess of Cambridge dazzled in a fuschia dress coat by Mulberry, which sells for nearly €2,000.
Kate will now be taking maternity leave as she prepares for the arrival of her second child late next month, although she is expected to make an exception after the birth for a photo outside the hospital, similar to what was arranged for the birth of Prince George.
The expectant mum was glowing as she met the Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon OBE, who established the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust was set up in 1998 in memory of her murdered son.
And the spark is clearly still alive in the royal marriage as Kate affectionately patted her husband's back as they chatted to organisers. The pair looked thrilled as they laughed and joked throughout the morning.
Kate has spent the last number of weeks spending quality time with Prince George and preparing for the new arrival, even reportedly asking her parents Carole and Michael Middleton to move into their Norfolk home to help with the baby.
After George was born, Kate moved in with her parents, but Carole and Michael will be swapping arrangements this time around.
“William is very happy to sit back and let Carole take up the reins. She is ensuring that Anmer runs like clockwork," a source told the newspaper.
