Jennifer Aniston (43) got some criticism for wearing this dress, which was not deemed age-appropriate. It also breaks the rules by baring leg and chest, rather than one or the other. Jen likes to get her pins out and to be fair we think she can still get away with that.

"He was my first love — five years we were together," she told the New York Times in a new in-depth interview.

Aniston is currently campaigning for what she hopes will be her first Oscar nomination, which will be announced on January 15th.

She is engaged to actor Justin Theroux for more than two years and said they haven't settled on a wedding date as they are determining what kind of ceremony they want first.
