Gwyneth Paltrow revealed how her breasts once started leaking at the Oscars

Gwyneth Paltrow appears to be in over-sharing mode at the moment - after revealing she once leaked breast milk at the Oscars.

The 42-year-old actress and mother-of-two only just opened up to Howard Stern about her relationships with exes Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck, and commented on estranged husband Chris Martin's new relationship with Jennifer Lawrence.

Now Gwyneth has appeared on Bravo chat show Watch What Happens Live where a fan asked what had been her worst mummy-related wardrobe malfunction.

"My breast milk kind of decided it was time to come, you know...", Gwyneth revealed, gesturing to her chest.

"And I was at the Oscars, and so I hadn't pumped breast milk in a long time. Luckily, the show was over and I had already presented, but... yeah, it wasn't good. It's not a good look at all."

But Gwyneth also confessed on the show she regretted using the phrase "conscious uncoupling" to describe her split from Chris.

She said: "I think when we were releasing the statement, I didn't put enough context to it and say this is an established concept by this doctor. I should have said I didn't invent this, this is a thing and we're just trying to separate with minimal acrimony and really stay a family, even though our relationship isn't romantic any more.

"And I think it's a really amazing and wonderful thing, but I kind of made a mistake not contextualising it better."

She added of her relationship with Chris: "We have days that are bad, but we are really close and he's a great person and I love him a lot and we have two beautiful kids."

And Gwyneth opened up about her friendship with Beyonce and Jay Z.

The Oscar-winning actress said: "The greatest perk of being their friend is that I have a relationship with people who are also, who have similar...

"Obviously I'm not as famous or successful as they are. But I do have a life in the public eye and I have people to sort of walk through life with in that capacity, and they're very kind and loving people."
