Goldie Hawn mourns the loss of her best friend: 'Please treasure each other'
Goldie Hawn is mourning the death of her best friend, pleading with fans to "treasure" their friendships.
In a touching post on Instagram, Goldie shared a beaming picture with her late friend, who she has chosen not to name, with the caption: "My best friend has passed. Please treasure each other. Best friends get us through. Blessings to all this Sunday."
She followed up with a picture of her four-year-old granddaughter Rio with her best pal, with the caption: "Says it all!"
The Snatched star (71) has been inundated with well wishes from followers on social media.
Hawn previously said her friends make her laugh more than anyone, telling People: "You have your girlfriends you really laugh with and there aren't that many."
In another interview with the magazine, she described her partner of 35 years Kurt Russell (66) as one of her best friends and she credited consistency when ti comes to putting in the work to support their relationship/
