First Vogue, now Vanity Fair - Game of Thrones cast shoot latest cover in Ireland
The cast of cult drama Game of Thrones posed for the latest cover of glossy bible Vanity Fair in Ireland.
Emiliaa Clarke, Kit Harington and Peter Dinklag all shoot the HBO fantasy series in various locations Northern Ireland and Graydon Carter's legendary magazine flew over here to shoot the cast for its latest cover.
World-renowned photographer Annie Lebowitz flew to our shores once again to capture the cast, just months after shooting in Kerry for a special 'Irish Rose' fashion shoot with supermodel Daria Werbowy and Girls actor Adam Driver last year.
Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister in the show, is clearly taken with Ireland as just last weekend he was spotted enjoying a stag with fellow actor Paul Rudd in Donegal.
The Golden-Globe winning actor tells Vanity Fair that he was first attracted to the show because it was like nothing he'd come across before.
"It just seemed like something I had never come across before, especially in the fantasy genre, which I still refuse to call this, although we have dragons," he told the magazine.
"It is just something that I was so eager to embrace, because it turned the dwarf stereotype in the fantasy genre on its head.
"And he's a hero at the same time."
