Exclusive: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West jet into Ireland for their honeymoon
The couple - known as Kimye - arrived by private jet at Cork Airport at 3pm today and were met by a fleet of Mercedes limousines.
They were whisked off for a five day honeymoon at an undisclosed location.
It is believed the couple will holiday at a luxury private estate in Munster.
However, they are also expected to spend at least a day in Dublin - and will tour some of Ireland's most famous tourist attractions.
The couple were accompanied by their personal assistants and bodyguards and are expected to remain in Ireland until Friday when they are expected to jet back to the US.
The private jet flew into Cork from Florence where the couple had gotten married on Saturday.
Five-star Castlemartyr Resort told independent.ie that they ‘cannot comment’ on the rumours that the celebrity couple have resided in the luxury hotel.
Kim’s mother Kris Kardashian and her husband Bruce also honeymooned in Ireland following their marriage in 1991.
The Kardashian clan suggested holidaying in Monaghan’s Castle Leslie resort last year for their reality TV show, but passed up the idea last-minute for luxury destination Bali.

Kim Kardashian had personally dictated the details of the ceremony which took place at the picturesque Forte di Belvedere in Florence.
Both exchanged their vows at sunset in front of a small group of family and friends.
They had been expected to spend a week touring around Italy but took the celebrity world by surprise with their decision to select Ireland for their honeymoon.
The couple may have ditched the stereotypical celebrity destinations of the Seychelles or Bali, but they won’t be guaranteed the sun where they’re going.
There is a week of rain forecast for the southern county, with Tuesday being the only day of the week without predicted rain.
There is heavy rain forecast until next Friday.
The celebrity couple became the latest in a long list of stars who opted for the privacy of an Irish holiday over the glitz of Italy or the south of France.

The couple spent $400,000 to rent the historic Belvedere Fort in Florence, Italy for their big day. The 16th Century fort was built to protect the city, ruled by the famous Medici family and is peppered with priceless works of art dating back to the 1500's.
Some 600 wedding guests enjoyed a panoramic view of Florence and the surrounding Tuscan hills.
The original guest list consisted of 200 people, which accelerated greatly as the media fixated on the wedding of the year.
The Palace Of Versailles had denied Kimye permission to marry at the former residence of King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette so they opted for their second choice.
Kim was rumoured to be wearing a $2 million designer wedding gown, which she had her final fitting for earlier this week.
The extravagant details of the wedding seem like the work of a Kardashian, but Kim was said to be in the dark about a lot of the finer details until yesterday.
She previously described her fiancé as a ‘‘perfectionist’’ and Kanye is believed to have organised most of the wedding to surprise Kim.
