Claudine Keane makes a splash in €1,500 dress at Dublin charity event alongside look-a-like mother Joan Palmer
Claudine Keane is making the most of her downtime in Dublin.
After more than six years of living in Los Angeles, the former Miss Ireland contestant (33) is back on home soil with husband Robbie and their two children Robert Jr (eight) and Hudson (19 months) as they plan their next move.
With rumours of a potential move to Australia or Dubai on the cards, the model is capitalising on her time in Ireland, catching up with family and friends on this side of the world.
Claudine joined a host of familiar faces at The Shelbourne Hotel on Friday afternoon for the annual CARI summer charity lunch, organised by patron Miriam Ahern. And she and her look-a-like mother Joan Palmer made a splash in summer attire.
As usual, the mother-of-two stood out with her high-end fashion choices - opting for a double breasted denim dress by Balmain, costing €1,485, while Joan opted for an off the shoulder white number.
Claudine has been an avid supporter of the French fashion house for a number of years and it's favoured by Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and a host of supermodels including Jourdan Dunn, Gigi Hadid and Naomi Campbell.
Keane previously said she was happy to be back at home in their North Dublin home, craving the feeling of community they missed in Beverly Hills, where they moved in 2011.
"We've a great community in Malahide. The kids do lots together, they're really into sports and I love that part of it. We're missing a little bit of that in LA because you have to set up play dates and people are coming from everywhere to school. I miss the close-knit community at home," she told Independent.ie earlier this month.
Also spotted at the lunch was Yvonne Connolly, who opted for understated elegance in a blush pink midi dress by LK Bennett, entrepreneur Norah Casey, RTE weather presenter Nuala Carey in a yellow peplum frock and former Dublin Wives star Roz Flanagan who ensured all eyes were on her in a strapless monochrome number with matching shoes.
