Catherine Zeta Jones looks unrecognisable in surprise appearance at football awards in London
Catherine Zeta Jones was a surprise addition to The Best FIFA Football Awards in London, but that wasn't the only curiosity from the evening.
The Oscar-winning actress (48) injected some Hollywood glamour to the sporting event and as usual, all eyes were on the superstar actress in a velvet and sher lace creation by Zuhair Murad, but her tight and taut face raised eyebrows as she was once again the centre of surgery speculation.
The mother-of-two last year denied going under the knife to maintain her youthful glow, but said wouldn't rule it out in future.
"But I'm not anti-plastic surgery at all. Contrary to public opinion, I have not been under the knife ... yet, is what I say! If I feel like it, I'm going to go ahead and do it," she told Good Housekeeping.
"If (surgery) makes you feel better, who am I to tell someone that it's wrong."
As for the secrets to her youthful appearance, she credits healthy eating and exercise.
“I’m finding, just from traveling from New York and being in heated hotel rooms, my skin feels like a Walker’s crisp at the moment," she said.
"But I’ve been using some argan oil just to saturate my skin at night, so it has some nourishment as I sleep, to start the day a little bit more hydrated. But the real hydration comes from within. You can never drink too much water. No diet sodas. I really feel it's healthy for a body to sweat every day. I run on my treadmill or power walk outside."
Zeta Jones, who is married to actor Michael Douglas, has taken a step back from acting in recent years but is back with a bang and recently underwent a physical transformation for her role as a drug dealer in Cocaine Godmother, in which she plays Colombian drug lord Griselda Blanco.
