The Mullingar native, who already has a cert in sports psychology and a BA in commerce, has been receiving plaudits for his
part in raising awareness about mental health issues.
Following on from his own best-selling book Me and My Mate Jeffrey, the musician has signed up to go back to college as he continues campaigning for change in key areas.
Last night he was back on the campaign trail as he joined the family of the late Caoilte O’Brion at a candlelight vigil outside Leinster House.
They held a minute’s silence in memory of the young man who suffered from a mental illness and died at a young age.
