Bono took a break from U2's Innocence + Experience tour to lead a host of stars at the Global Citizen Festival.
The U2 frontman, whose daughter Jordan Hewson is the online editor for the charity, was among a sea of A-list attendees in New York City's Central Park for the 2015 festival.
Global Citizen aims to eradicate global poverty by 2030 and was supported by performances by Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Chris Martin and Common.
Organisers were clearly keen to make it one to remember as Queen Bey played for nearly an hour, featuring a set including Destiny's Child's greatest hits and a duet with Sheeran.
"I feel so honoured to be on the stage," she said. "So many brilliant, generous people out there. All my Global Citizens."
Famous faces from across Hollywood including Katie Holmes, Kerry Washington, Olivia Wilde, Sophia Bush, Salma Hayek among others.
Holmes even brought out her daughter Suri on stage to join the festivities, but the adorable nine-year-old looked nervous as she approached the stage.
