Actress Leigh Arnold and her husband Steve Davies have welcomed a new bundle of joy.
The 35-year-old actress and blogger welcomed her baby girl yesterday morning.
"On Thursday 17th September we welcomed our beautiful daughter Piper Rose Davies to the world," the former Clinic star said.
"She was born at 11.30am weighing 8lb1oz. Mummy and baby girl are both doing great and big brother Hunter is over the moon."
Leigh and her husband Steve are already parents to Hunter (3).
The Dublin native tragically lost her newborn son Flynn in 2013, weeks after his birth.
Leigh recently admitted that she was finding it difficult to agree on a name for her new arrival, but settled on Piper Rose.
"On the name front, don't get me started. My family's opinions in particular are driving me nuts," she said.
"Any name I have come up with has either been met with a 'You can't do that to the poor child' from my mum or 'Can't you just find something normal like Jack or Charlotte' from my dad."
"We will decide on the name of our little one when we meet them and even more hippy, we will wait to see what name suits them and we believe they want," she said.
"I know that pregnancy is an exciting time for everyone, not just mummy and daddy. However, I think that we've all become a little over familiar and that the sacredness of the privacy and intimacy of those little questions remaining just between two people has gone out the window," she said.
Earlier this month, the Foxrock-born star wrote on her blog that she was trying her best to remain positive during her pregnancy while still mourning the loss of her baby boy.
"My perspective is completely different this time around because I don't take anything for granted," she said.
"It's a very emotional time for both me and Steve because in many ways it brings things back, but we're trying to make this a celebration of new life and a new start."
