Ashton Kutcher puts €11m LA mansion on the market for new baby-friendly home
Ashton Kutcher is supposedly ditching his LA mansion for a more baby proof home.
The 36-year-old Two and a Half Men star is currently expecting his first child with fiancée Mila Kunis.
Ashton owns a home 9,385 sq ft home in the Hollywood Hills, but TMZ reports the actor has put the property on the market for a selling price of $12 million.
According to the outlet, the estate, which has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is simply too much of a “bachelor pad” to be suitable for a newborn baby.
Apparently Ashton and Mila have already found a new home in the Los Angeles area, near the Beverly Hills Post Office. This three bedroom, four bath, 7,351 sq ft residence is said to be more suitable for a family, as it is slightly smaller and easier to maintain. The property was supposedly purchased by Ashton for $10.215 million.
Mila, 30, and Ashton have known each other for many years, as they met in 1998 while starring in their former TV series That ‘70s Show.
It is claimed Ashton has been completely supportive of his future wife throughout the pregnancy and he has even managed to start bonding with their unborn baby.
"Mila's been suffering from morning sickness and is feeling exhausted, but she says Ashton has been her rock. He's been cooking for her and taking her breakfast in bed," a source told British magazine Closer. "He's even hired a masseuse to give her daily massages and, at night, he rests his head beside her bump and talks to the baby."
The 30-year-old actress confirmed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show she is expecting her first child with boyfriend of two years Ashton Kutcher. She also confirmed their engagement.
Mila told Ellen the couple know the sex of their baby and have already picked out a name, but are keeping it secret, and she admitted they have managed to conceal her pregnancy and their engagement for some time.
The Ted star, who was born in the Ukraine where they eat a lot of pickled food, revealed: " I eat sauerkraut all day long.
"This is the worst craving to have because sauerkraut smells and so every time you open up a jar it just reeks in the whole kitchen. It's not like ice cream where everything smells lovely...
"So vinegar-based food I guess is what I'm craving."
