Battle of the Blogs: Our verdict on Irish models' lifestyle ventures


These models have picked up a thing or two over the course of their careers in front of the camera. Here's what we can learn from some of Ireland's most familiar faces.

1. Rosanna Davison

Former Miss World Rosanna is also a qualified nutritionist, and was one of the first catwalk queens to start sharing advice on what constitutes a clean and healthy lifestyle. Her site is an excellent resource for those who follow a vegan diet, and plenty of tips on how to include more natural produce. The 30-year-old newlywed is currently working on her first cookbook 'Eat Yourself Beautiful', and will relaunch her nutrition, fitness and beauty website in the autumn.



2. Pippa O'Connor

Model and mum to her adorable toddler Ollie, the Kildare native now channels her energy into her fashion and beauty website and her popular 'Fashion Factories' where she offers styling tips to women across the country.



3. Holly Carpenter

Former Miss Ireland Holly launched her eponymous blog as a platform to write about food, fitness and beauty. The 23-year-old also writes insightful tips for millennials on everything from dating advice to hangover survival guides.



4. Rozanna Purcell

The Tipperary-born beauty queen has become a prominent authority on food and fitness, thanks to her online venture Natural Born Feeder. Roz has began to collaborate with Irish brands, has landed herself cooking segmentson television and recipe columns in magazines, and is in talks for launching her own cookbook.



5. Louise O'Reilly

International plus-size model and fashion blogger Louise launched her blog Style Me Curvy to document that fashion is universal and not restricted by size. To date, she has claimed two coveted awards by Cosmopolitan Magazine and gained attention from Vogue.



6. Vogue Williams

Model, DJ and former reality star Vogue launched her fashion and lifestyle blog in February 2014 after her personal style garnered her a loyal fan base on Instagram and a VIP Style Award. On her site, My Name Is Vogue, the 28-year-old shares outfit posts, recipes, trend posts and sheds a spotlight on up-and-coming international designers.



7. Amanda Byram

Known and admired for her impeccable figure, London-based Amanda Byram decided to share her knowledge of health and fitness through her newly launched blog. Her posts discuss dietary myths, natural beauty, travel and life lessons.
