Cate Blanchett gives her best 'Evil Stepmother' stare ahead of 'Cinderella' screening
She has bone structure to die for - so trying to make Cate Blanchett look 'evil' is always going to be a challenge.
However, the Antipodean gave it her best shot at a press conference for new film 'Cinderella' at the Berlin Film Festival.
The mum-of-three jokingly stretched her face in an attempt to give a good menacing glare to members of the press corp earlier today.
Joining her at the event were co-stars Kenneth Branagh, Richard Madden, Helena Bonham Carter and 'Downton Abbey' star Lily James.
Interestingly the film also stars Lily's Downton co-star Sophie McShera, better known to us all as Daisy, as one of Cinderella's Evil Stepsisters.
A sparkly Helena Bonham Carter is covered in sparkles for her turn as the fairy godmother.
Cate is getting rave reviews for her turn as Cinderella's evil stepmother - trailers of her walking her cat Lucifer on a leash is a particular favourite.
Cate is the latest Oscar winner to portray a fairytale 'baddie' in recent times.
Julia Roberts played Snow White's stepmother in 2012's 'Mirror Mirror'.
Charlize Theron also took on the same character for 'Snow White And The Huntsman' in the same year.
And last year, we saw Angelina Jolie play 'Maleficent' in Disney's 'Sleeping White'.
