Andrew Garfield reportedly wants to initiate a New York City relocation with Emma Stone, who he believes is partying too hard in Hollywood.
The 31-year-old actor is said to be concerned about Emma’s frequent partying in Los Angeles.
Andrew thinks a move back to Manhattan could be just what the couple need to get their relationship back on track.
“Emma reconnected with her old party crew and became a fixture at all the late-night parties,” a source told OK! Magazine.
“They were a very conservative and housebound couple when they were in New York so he’s desperate for them to relocate back there or find a nice country house outside of LA. He doesn’t want her to ruin her life by becoming a heavy partier like a lot of her LA friends.”
Emma and Andrew recently got back together after a six-week break from their romance while the actor was shooting his new movie Silence in Taiwan.
Now that they are giving things another shot, Andrew is said to believe a joint stint on Broadway would be their perfect next gig.
The pair both have Broadway experience, with Emma recently having taken on the role of Sally Bowles in the new adaptation of Cabaret and Andrew receiving a Tony Award nod for his role in the 2012 revival of Arthur Miller’s play Death of a Salesman.
“They still have a rocky road ahead of them because their personalities and goals are so different,” the source added. “But he’s hoping he can find them a theatre gig together on Broadway to entice her.”
According to the source, Andrew thinks the right show could be just what the couple need to take them back to when they were at their happiest – as they shot The Amazing Spider-Man back in 2012.
