Triona McCarthy: Gwyneth Paltrow is a master of ‘quiet luxury’ — try it with your skincare and make-up

If you only buy one thing from this easily portable range, I’d opt for the Baby Cheeks Blush Stick,€52, Brown Thomas). Go for any colour, although Minette, a peachy shade, is my personal preference as it makes my blue eyes pop!

You won’t find lash extensions or tattooed brows with this look. Instead, lashes and brows can be beautifully enhanced using Augustinus Bader The Eyebrow and Lash Enhancing Serum, €137, brownthomas.com. Much easier to use than lash extensions when you’re in and out of your pool in the south of France, darling.

Finally, fragrance. What does money smell like? Will Gwyneth be bringing out a new Goop candle called ‘I wish you well’? Only the most elegant way to tell someone to PFO.
