Transgender teen Jazz Jennings has been unveiled as the new face of Clean & Clear.

The 14-year-old is already globally recognised for her work in the transgender community and will now fronting the skincare brand's 'See The Real Me' campaign.

Clean & Clear, a skincare favourite among teenagers, is encouraging users to share stories that highlight natural beauty and promote confidence.

"I feel really honored to be part of The #seetherealme campaign," she told the Huffington Post. "It's really amazing, as it helps many teen girls who are struggling. It helps them to find themselves and be true to who they are.

"I hope they can learn to be brave and not care what other people think about them, because if they just stay positive and spread love, then others will be true friends who will accept them no matter what."

Jennings was last year named one of Time Magazine's 25 Most Influential Teenagers of 2014 and also authored a book entitled 'I Am Jazz', documenting her experience.
