Mommy makeover: Kim Kardashian debuts dramatic new blonde locks

NEW mum Kim Kardashian stepped out over the weekend at a get together with pals with brand-new blonde locks.

The new mother attended a friend's barbecue on Sunday bringing along baby Norriie in her carseat to the Beverly Hills home, for the family day out, along with sister Kourtney and her kiddies, Mason and Penelope.

She was snapped by E! online carrying the infant shielded by a muslin cloth into her friend's house in a baby carrier. Kim was dressed casually in a khaki button down silk shirt, jeans and flip flops.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star has kept her dark roots, but gone for a full head of lighter locks.

It is a dramatic transformation for the new mum, who has been keeping a low profile since the birth of baby North West in June.

Stylist George Papanikolas who gave her the 'mommy makeover' at mother Kris Jenner’s home told E! News, "It's something she's been wanting to do for a long time. I've been colouring [Kim's] hair for a year, she she's wanted to go blonder since the we met."

It’s not the first time Kim Kardashian has gone blonde. Back in 2009 she bleached her hair, and has been hinting for months that she wanted to go lighter again.

In March this year she tweeted “Missing my blonde," along with an Instagram snap of her blonde hightlights.
