Yes, you read that right.

€1 - but considerably less, depending on where you shop. Legendary supermodel Kate Moss has access to the best of everything in fashion and beauty, but when it comes to anti-ageing practices, she swears by using what's already in your freezer.

Moss (43) simply sticks her face in a bucket of ice in order to naturally tighten her skin, a trick preferred by Old Hollywood actresses and apparently, modern day icons. Where does the cost come in? Her updated trick to this old method is using cucumber slices.

"The ice plunge is the best trick," she told Stella magazine. "Fill a sink with ice cubes, cold water and slices of cucumber and hold your face in for as long as you can. It instantly reduces puffiness and tightens up your skin."

Cold water and ice is often recommended to reduce puffiness and bloating in the face as it constricts blood vessels, while some doctors say placing cucumbers on your eyes for 30 minutes will reduce swelling and redness around the area.
