Singer Rita Ora is no stranger to experimenting with her look, but her latest hair style has really caught our attention.
The 24-year-old star covers the latest issue of L’Officiel Paris with a wig styled into what can be best described as the ‘pudding bowl’ cut.
It seems the style is a nod to the resurgence of the 1970s trend, and the Kosovan-born blond dons a white lace dress to compliment the look.
Inspired by the dominance of the 70s, the fashion forward star models suede flares and snake print jackets within the magazine.
The hairstyle was devised by Rita’s award winning hairdresser Chris Appleton, who has been working with her for the entirety of her career.
While the popstar looks every inch the sultry pinup, the nostalgic look does remind us of nostalgic year book photos.
Do you think this trend will filter down into the mainstream?
