Cheryl reveals the €15 beauty product behind her glowing skin
Cheryl Tweedy has revealed the secret behind her seemingly impossible glowing skin - and it's available to purchase pretty much anywhere.
The former Girls Aloud singer made a her much-anticipated return to The X Factor on Sunday night, bringing her expertise to Simon Cowell's acts for judge's houses and after months away from the spotlight since welcoming her first child, there was one undeniable trait that was impossible not to notice - that glow.
The new mother, who welcomed son Bear in March with boyfriend Liam Payne, was the talk of the show last night, namely for her practically luminescent skin, which she credits to fish oil tablets, which range in price from an average of €10 to €15 at pharmacies, supermarkets and health food stores. Cheryl said she has hardly any time to wear makeup since becoming a mum and is instead preferring a more natural approach to her beauty regime, starting from the inside out.
"If you’re eating right it will show in your skin," she told The Mirror. "It's just been recently that I’ve had time to start applying makeup again and it’s been lovely actually. You don’t always get time to moisturise so my top tip for new mums would be put bath oil in the bath so you don’t have to worry about moisturising."
The 34-year-old recently said she plans on taking her time before releasing new music and returning to the spotlight full-time, enjoying her maternity leave.
"It has been so long, my fans are very patient. I am receiving songs and music and stuff at the moment," she told Lorraine on ITV. "I've got the luxury of being able to spend time with my newborn child and I'm going to take that for what it is, a lot of mothers have to rush back after giving birth. I don't think it's fair."
