British tv presenter Stacey Solomon is reminding people exactly what it takes to look picture perfect.

The Loose Women panellist (28) took part in a recent shoot with Celebrity Secrets Magazine to show you really can't believe everything you see in magazines, showing the before and after of some photoshopped bikini pictures for the feature.

With the side-by-side comparison, her stomach has been smoothed out and her waist made smaller, her breasts lifted, her skin tone evened out, her face brightened up and her chin redefined.

"This is how scary airbrushing can be... just remember when you’re looking at someone’s post or in a mag or poster you might not be looking at real life images," she wrote on Instagram.

"I’m so proud of the interview and shoot I did with @celebritysecretsmag highlighting how dangerous this kind of body morphing is and why all bodies should I’ll be celebrated no matter what shape or size!

"I look better UN airbrushed in my opinion and love my natural lumps and bumps! If you want to see real women and read about not putting pressure on yourself... Love yourself because you’re perfect."

She has been widely praised for the move and hailed a positive role model.

She isn't the first star to publicly brave sharing the real them vs the airbrushed them - back in 2014, TV3 star Anna Daly volunteered for the Photoshop treatment and much like Stacey, said she prefers the before shot where she looks like herself.
