The young model has jet setted all over the world for runway appearances in recent weeks, but how exactly did she stay on form?
Love or loathe her celebrity clan, Kendall Jenner has been lighting up the fashion capitals’ runways this month.
The slender 18-year-old hot footed it down the catwalks for Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenburg, Marc Jacobs, Fendi, Dolce and Gabbana, Pucci, Balmain, and more. Phew.
So how did she ensure she stayed on top of her game?
But before you reach for the Lyons or Barrys, she wasn’t talking about your average cuppa cha.
The lithe brunette instead was referring to detox tea, specifically a lemongrass-green tea called Kusmi Detox Tea.
"I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea," she told E! News. "I have like 12 cups a day."
Aside from her regular tea breaks, she keeps her energy up by snacking on apples, and her diet is mainly consisted of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.
The second-youngest Kardashian also credited regular running sessions for keeping her in shape.
To survive the busiest month in the fashion industry’s calendar, Kendall shared her one top tip, which most of us could easily abide by:
"My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep," Jenner said. "I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function."
