Holly Willoughby has opened up about her dramatic weight loss, saying that her health and happiness are "most important" to her.

The This Morning presenter told ITV's Lorraine Kelly that having more time to herself allowed her to lose weight.

"My children are a bit older, you get to that point where you have a bit more time to yourself," she said, not revealing how she lost the weight.

"But I think as long as you're happy and healthy, that's most important."

When asked about losing her "Willough-boobies," as dubbed by Keith Lemon, Holly (36) said: "I think they're still there, Lorraine."

The mother-of-three also shared that having more children may be on the cards in the future.

"I love being pregnant, I love giving birth, I love all that, it's like wearing a wedding dress, I don't want that all to be over. Maybe one day [we'll have more]? We're very happy as we are, it feels like we are complete."

Holly recently celebrated her 10th wedding anniversary with Dan Baldwin, with whom she shares Harry (eight), Belle (six) and Chester (two).
