Cheryl 'hired an Irish boxing trainer' to help shed weight after baby Bear's birth
Cheryl wasted no time getting back into her fitness routine after welcoming her first child, and reportedly did so with the help of an Irish boxing trainer.
The former Girls Aloud singer welcomed her first child Bear with boyfriend Liam Payne in March, with Liam (23) revealing that she lost almost all of her baby weight straight away.
According to Heat Magazine, Cheryl (33) took up boxing with Irish fitness and boxing expert Shane Collins, who is said to be dating her personal assistant.
A source told Heat: "Cheryl wanted to do everything right when she started exercising again and she's worked with Shane before. She trusts him, so he seemed the ideal choice. She wanted to ease herself in gently, which Shane has been doing, and slowly build up her fitness again."
Cheryl is said to train at home in her six-bed Surrey house, meaning she can keep an eye on Bear while she's working out.
The Newcastle native has also reportedly hired a personal chef to help prepare her meals and lose the weight that she gained during pregnancy.
"Cheryl has been on a sugar-free plan, which has helped her enormously, and has managed to wean herself off the chocolate and ice-cream treats during her pregnancy.
"She and Liam have been finding it hard to kick their takeaway habit, so she's hired a full-time chef to do all her meals. That way, she can ensure she's getting the best nutrition for breastfeeding.
"While Cheryl's main priority is obviously her 13-week-old son, she is keen to look her best again."
