Snow falls in Dublin despite mild weather

Dublin gets a sprinkling of snow thanks to Cadbury.

The bookies may be offering long odds on a white Christmas this year, but Cadbury decided to bring some real festive cheer to Dublin. If it’s not going to snow, then make it snow.

On #Cadvent Day 11, the Cadbury Christmas Helpers visited the ‘I Believe’ Christmas market at CHQ, in Dublins Docklands, where they transformed the stage area into a winter wonderland, by making it snow.

Market goers and Cadbury fans were invited to come and play in the snow, capture magical moments on camera and enjoy some Cadbury chocolate.

#Cadvent, the ultimate Christmas countdown by Cadbury, is one that will see them delivering festive cheer to 24 locations across Ireland this month.

Each day, the specially created Cadbury Christmas trucks will throw open its doors to reveal a series of seasonal surprises and events along with truckloads of chocolate at each location.

The countdown is one of the most joyful aspects of Christmas. The #Cadvent campaign brings to life that anticipation in the biggest and best advent calendar ever and asks people to join Cadbury in counting down the days to Christmas, in a magical way.
