New cloud-based phone service to free Irish businesses from the shackles of a fixed phone line
The Irish business phone market has just been given a shot in the arm with the introduction of an exciting new “plug and play” service that can be set up within four minutes.

Being able to access your business line via broadband offers smaller businesses a chance to effectively take their “landline” with them. The package is loaded with features designed to enhance user and customer experience, including virtual receptionist, voicemail to email, real-time call reporting and ‘meet me’ conference calls.
It also offers three-way calling, hunt groups and all standard digital features such as call forwarding, call transfer, holding, parking, speed dials, remote call pick up, do not disturb, last number redial, auto answer, automatic call back, attended and blind transfer.
There are no outsourced maintenance costs and any add-ons can be remotely implemented when needed, at the flick of a switch. Magnet Voice Essential is operated in a world-leading data centre environment and delivered over Magnet Network’s own fibre network.
