Manchester United outcast Wilfried Zaha was forced to deny a social media swipe at David Moyes last night after posting an Instagram picture with Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer alongside the message, 'Nothing like someone who believes in you.'

Zaha, loaned to Cardiff last month after making just two Premier League appearances at United since completing a £12m move from Crystal Palace last summer, subsequently deleted the image before issuing an explanation on Twitter.

"My last Instagram picture was not intended as a dig or indirect dig at my manager, I have nothing but respect," Zaha said.

"My picture actually meant Ole Solskjaer has a lot of faith in me to do something for Cardiff's current position."
