WATCH - Incredible celebrations in Argentina after their World Cup heroics and Hernan Crespo's emotional reaction
The celebrations following Argentina's dramatic World Cup 2-1 win against Nigeria on Tuesday night stretched long into the night for their hordes of supporters who attended the crunch game in St Petersburg.
Argentina looked to be crashing out of the World Cup after a thumping 3-0 defeat against Croatia last Thursday, but their hopes were revived after a brilliant Lionel Messi goal was backed up by Marcos Rojo's stunning late winner.
As the Argentina supporters out in Russia partied long into the night, the reaction back home in Buenos Aires to the dramatic win that sealed their place in the last-16 of the World Cup highlighted the outpouring of relief after a troubled start to Russia 2018 for Lionel Messi and his players.

That euphoria was shared by former Argentina striker Hernan Crespo, who was watching the game in a Fox Sport studio and shared this emotional moment with Argentine television personality Fernando Fiore.
