Bluebell United striker Dean Ebbe has joined Welsh champions TNS to secure a return to full-time professional football.

TNS have won the Welsh Premier League in each of the past six seasons, with former Shamrock Rovers and Inverness striker Ebbe being hailed as a big signing.

"I don't know too much about the Welsh league, but I know that this is a good team and the same standard as the League of Ireland," declared Ebbe.

Ebbe is joined at TNS by fellow new arrival Kevin Kauber from Estonia, with the club's manager Scott Ruscoe delighted with his signings.

“We are pleased to finally secure the two players. It will give us attacking options and help improve the squad going forward," he stated.

"They are both at an age where they are still learning, but have experience playing at a very good level already in their careers. Kevin has played in the top leagues in Estonia and Latvia and scored goals, Dean has already played in the Scottish Premiership at 22.

"The refreshing thing for me regarding both players was that there was no hesitation in moving away from home; as soon as an offer was made they were keen to be part of our plans. We have had them in for a few days previously, to have a look at what they bring and I feel they can add healthy competition to the squad.

"We wish them all the best and hope they settle in and play a big part until the end of the season.”
