Video: Ireland stars sweat it out on ‘Mastermind’

Facing Zlatan tonight will be an easier task

TONIGHT, Ireland’s stars face a huge test in their journey to next summer’s World Cup finals as they take on Sweden at Lansdowne Road.

But whatever awaits them in the form of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and co, they are unlikely to be struggling as much as when they were put through their paces by a group of kids.

Richard Dunne, David Forde and Conor Sammon have endured their very own version of ‘Mastermind’ – having their general and football knowledge tested.

The players were quizzed by Matthew Nolan (9) and Matthew Hanley (8) from St. Oliver Plunkett School Malahide, who found out what they thought of Thierry Henry, and if they knew the words to the national anthem.

Three, primary sponsor of the Irish football team, put the players through their paces during Football Mind, Ireland’s latest football quiz with a difference.

The quizmasters also took on manager Giovanni Trappatoni.
