Video: Angry Cristiano Ronaldo storms out of interview saying 'I don't give a f*** about FIFA'

An angry Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the world's two leading footballers, has said he does not give a "f***" about the corruption crisis which has engulfed Fifa, or the controversial decision to award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar.

He said top players preferred to discuss "women", "haircuts", and "suitcases".

Ronaldo, the Real Madrid forward, stormed out of an interview with a Spanish broadcaster after being asked whether he and his teammates discussed the Fifa scandal which saw the downfall of the governing body's president Sepp Blatter after a dramatic FBI raid on several of his colleagues.

Asked what they talked about instead, Ronaldo said: "About music, about women, about fashion, about shoes, about suitcases/bags, about jewelry, about haircuts... any more?"

When pressed further by the interviewer on CNN Espanol, the former Manchester United player lost his temper and walked out of the interview, exiting with an extended rant at the suggestion that a top footballer should have any view on Fifa or Qatar.

He said: "This is bulls**t. Speak about Fifa? I don't care about FIifa. And Qatar...I don't give a f***. What you want me to do? He (the interviewer) speaks about Fifa... come on. (Walks off)"
