Transfer window: Thomas Lemar to Liverpool, Griezmann's wage demands and all the latest news
It's only eight days into the January transfer window and already we have the second biggest transfer ever about to be formally completed as Philippe Coutinho completes his Barcelona medical at the Nou Camp.
That means, not only do Liverpool have some cash to spend, they have a gaping hole on the left-hand side of their attack - so they need a replacement. Riyad Mahrez and Thomas Lemar are two on their radar.
Jurgen Klopp won't be the only Premier League manager spending though with Jose Mourinho on the lookout for reinforcements at Manchester United and Pep Guardiola, seemingly not content with a 15 point gap at the top of the table, looking for additions too with a new centre back and a certain Alexis Sanchez on his shopping list.
We will have all the latest news throughout the day right here so settle in, open up a browser tab and keep it here...
Real Madrid look to Hazard
Real Madrid are reportedly looking at Chelsea duo Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois as transfer targets this summer.
According to Sky Sports, the pair have regularly been linked with Real but are now top of the Spanish champions' shopping lists.
Liverpool to make move for Thomas Lemar
Liverpool are ready to make a move for Monaco star Thomas Lemar as a replacement for Philippe Coutinho, according to the Mirror.
The paper says Monaco are making it clear they do not want to sell Lemar, but that Liverpool are ready to test their resolve given any encouragement.
However, Sky Sports reports that Liverpool's decision to allow Coutinho to join Barcelona will not bring forward any possible move for Lemar.
Griezmann's massive wage demands for Manchester United
Antoine Griezmann will demand £400,000 a week to join Manchester United in favour of Barcelona, the Sun reports.
The paper says the Atletico Madrid striker has been lined up in an £89million deal to join the Red Devils next summer, but that the club have been told their initial offer of £290,000 a week is short of what the 26-year-old wants.
