Manchester United are reportedly one of a number of Premier League clubs considering a move for West Ham's Reece Oxford.

According to The Metro, via The Sun, United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City have expressed an interest in the 17-year-old defender.

And it seems Oxford could be keen to replicate former Hammer Rio Ferdinand, who forged a successful career at Old Trafford sfter starting out at Upton Park.

Manchester United are in talks to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi, according to reports in France.

Lavezzi, who is the final year of his contract at PSG, is wanted by Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool, but, we are informed, United have moved in.

Tribal Football insists Man United officials were in Paris on Friday to thrash out a deal with PSG and the figure is thought to be around £6.1 million.

However, there may be a snag. It seems Lavezzi - who starred for Napoli before moving to Paris - wants to return to Italy and sign for a Serie A club.
