Manchester United flop Radamel Falcao has agreed terms to move to Chelsea, according to reports.
The Daily Mirror states that the Colombian striker, who managed just four goals at Old Trafford last season, has an agreement in place to move to west London - Chelsea now need to agree a move with AS Monaco.
Jose Mourinho, who believes he can get the 29-year-old back to his best form, wants to take Falcao on loan with no fixed permanent move at the end of the deal.
The report states that Monaco are holding out for better terms - to cover his wages and then have a £30million move next summer.
Falcao, who is in Chile at the Copa America, has already agreed to take a huge wage cut from his £265,000-a-week deal.
