Speed unveils secret weapon as harmony reigns in Wales
Fabio Capello may be quaking in his boots after hearing that Gary Speed has drafted in the services of Miss Wales 2010 to help prepare his squad for today's Euro 2012 qualifier at the Millennium Stadium.
A 20-year-old opera singer, Courtenay Hamilton (right) is due to sing the national anthems before the game, but the Welsh manager also invited the glamorous Miss World contender to make sure his squad were all tuned up for the rendition of 'Mae Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau' ('Land of My Fathers').
"We are all learning the anthem," said Millwall's Steve Morison, one of the English-born players in the squad. "It's like X-Factor."
Although only a few Welsh players usually sing the anthem before games, the rest of the squad can be safe in the knowledge that all eyes will be on Hamilton today.
