League of Ireland clubs Shamrock Rovers, St Patrick's Athletic and Cork City are preparing for Tuesday's Europa League preliminary round draw.

The draw at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland takes place at around 2.0pm Irish time.

Rovers - currently second in the Premier Division table - are one of the unseeded teams in Group 1 where they could draw one of Kilmarnock (Scotland), Vaduz (Liechtenstein), Brann (Norway), Vitebsk (Belarussia) or top Swedish side Malmo.

St Pat's, meanwhile, are also unseeded in Group 8 and will be hopeful of drawing Scottish side Aberdeen, but could also face Haugesund (Norway), Stjarnan (Iceland), Norrköping (Sweden), Dinamo Minsk (Belarussia) - who they faced in the same competition in 2016, or Riteriai (Lithuania).

Cork City are seeded along with Rangers in Group 4 and could take on the winners of Progrès Niederkorn (Luxembourg) v Cardiff Metropolitan University (Wales), or B36 (Faroe Islands), Inter Turku (Finland), KR (Iceland) or the winners of the Prishtina (Kosovo) v St Joseph's (Gibraltar) preliminary round tie.

The first qualifying round legs are set to take place on July 11th and 18th.
