The much-maligned Marouane Fellaini again demonstrated his threat in the opposition box by breaking the deadlock at Loftus Road today.

After last weekend's home reversal to Southampton, manager Louis van Gaal was hoping that struggling Queens Park Rangers would face a backlash, but again the Red Devils toiled for long periods.

Just before the hour mark the Belgian international struck with a rasping shot.

James Wilson sealed the three points at the death.
