Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has sent Manchester City keeper Claudio Bravo some of his personalised training kit, with his latest Instagram post coming with a cheeky pay-off.

Ibrahimovic proved he was the master of social media teasing as he indulged his supporters with cryptic messages ahead of confirming he had signed for United last summer.

Now he is continuing with his cheeky snipes, as he sent a message to new City keeper Bravo suggesting he might need to put in some extra hours on the training ground in a bid to get ready for his high profile debut in a City shirt.

This video comes with a message that suggests Bravo is going to need extra time working on his skills before he comes up against Ibrahimovic and his United team-mates, with this new brand of trolling set to become part of the pre-match banter in an era when so many players have embraced social media.

Zlatan’s latest Instagram message has already been viewed by hundreds of thousands of his supporters and that figure is certain to grow ahead of the most eagerly anticipated Manchester derby in many years.

This game was being billed as a battle between United manager Jose Mourinho and City boss Pep Guardiola, but maybe now it can be rebranded as Ibrahimovic v Bravo after this video.
