The Twitter reaction to Pato returning from the dead to star for Chelsea
It has been a long time coming but Alexandre Pato finally made his Chelsea debut this afternoon.
The Brazilian striker arrived on loan from Sao Paulo in January but after picking up an injury he was unable to make his debut until today.
The once highly-rated attacker was included on the bench for the clash with Aston Villa, but was called into action after 20 minutes following an injury to Loic Remy.
It didn't take the ex-AC Milan forward to make his mark, as he dispatched a penalty to put Chelsea 2-0 in front before assisting Pedro for his side's fourth goal.
Many fans had simply forgotten that Pato even existed, and a lot of people marvelled online at his Lazarus-like recovery.
