Cesc Fabregas' time at Chelsea comes to an end as midfielder completes move to Monaco
Cesc Fabregas has completed his move to Monaco, Chelsea have announced.
The 31-year-old will reunite with former Arsenal team-mate Thierry Henry at the Ligue 1 strugglers.
Fabregas made 198 appearances for Chelsea over a four and a half year period in which the club won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and one League Cup.
The Spaniard previously played for Arsenal for seven seasons, having made his senior debut at 16, before playing three seasons with Barcelona, his home club.
Fabregas has enjoyed plenty of success at international level too, winning the World Cup and two European championships with the Spain.
