Brady move closer
Norwich City manager Alex Neil sees no reason why the club's move for Robbie Brady should not be completed despite continued haggling with Hull City over a fee
The Dubliner has intimated to Norwich that he is very keen on joining them but the proposed deal has been held up due to dissatisfaction from the Tigers hierarchy over the fee.
Steve Bruce denied that a fee of £7m was agreed for a player who only has one year remaining on his contract. However, Neil offered a positive update.
"I think we've showed our interest, the player has showed his intentions so I think everything is set up really," he said. "I'm hoping we can get something agreed and get it over the line.
"I'd be lying if I said I'm calm about it. I want to get my squad in place as quickly as I can but it's not from a lack of hard work from us."
