BET YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE Stoke and West Brom to win 15/2 double
By this stage of the season, the league table doesn't lie. However, on Saturday, two teams travelled to face opposition below them in the table yet both found themselves greater than 2/1 against.
It could be argued that any team playing against Blackburn at the moment has a greater than even money chance so it was surprising that West Brom found themselves at odds of 21/10 for their trip to Ewood Park. They left it late but Peter Odemwingie's winner justified the optimism of anybody who took the bet.
It was a similar story at Molineux where Stoke City were 9/5 against Wolves despite the home side's inconsistent season. Before Saturday, Blackburn trailed West Brom by five points while Stoke were seven ahead of Wolves. At 15/2 for an away double, anybody who spotted it could have had some extra Christmas spending money.
