Kylian Mbappe scored a hat-trick as Paris St-Germain celebrated winning the Ligue 1 title with a 3-1 victory against Monaco.

The 20-year-old scored his first after 15 minutes, using his pace to get behind the visiting defence and on to Moussa Diaby's perfectly-weighted pass before firing home.

He netted his second seven minutes before the break with a tidy finish before tapping in for his hat-trick after 55 minutes. Aleksandr Golovin scored a consolation for the visitors late on.

Borussia Dortmund remain on the heels of Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich after a comfortable 4-0 home victory against Freiburg.

Jadon Sancho struck to give Dortmund the half-time lead before goals from Marco Reus, Mario Gotze and Paco Alcacer - from the penalty spot - in the second-half.

The result keeps Dortmund within striking distance of Bayern, who are top of the table by just one point following their 1-0 win over Werder Bremen on Saturday.

Barcelona moved closer to retaining the La Liga title as the unlikely duo of Clement Lenglet and Jordi Alba secured a 2-1 win over Real Sociedad on Saturday. The win keeps Barca's lead at nine points with five games to go after Atletico Madrid's 1-0 win at Eibar.

Karim Benzema scored a hat-trick as Real Madrid defeated Athletic Bilbao 3-0.
