Man City and Wigan charged following heated FA Cup clash but Sergio Aguero escapes punishment

Manchester City and Wigan have been charged with failing to control their players following Fabian Delph's dismissal in Monday's FA Cup match, and the clubs have been asked for their observations on crowd trouble at the end of the game, the Football Association said.
But Sergio Aguero will face no disciplinary action from the Football Association after clashing with a Wigan supporter after Manchester City’s FA Cup defeat on Monday.
