Rangers striker Kenny Miller could be ruled out of action for several weeks after boss Ally McCoist he suffered a calf injury in training.

The former Scotland international - who has already been sidelined by a hamstring injury this term - is due to undergo a scan to asses the full extent of the injury.

But McCoist has been boosted by the return of striker Jon Daly (knee) and Richard Foster (calf), while goalkeeper Cammy Bell (shoulder) has stepped up his recovery work and is now back in light training.

Provisional squad: Simonsen, Wallace, Zaliukas, McGregor, Mohsni, Macleod, Shiels, McCulloch, Law, Black, Templeton, Peralta, Clark, Boyd, Smith, Robinson, Faure, Crawford, Daly, Foster, Aird.
