Neymar took a swipe at the Barcelona board after putting in a dazzling performance in his home debut for Paris Saint-Germain.

The Brazilian scored twice as PSG came from behind to beat Toulouse 6-2 to go top of Ligue 1.

The 25-year-old has made a fantastic start to life in France, scoring three goals and providing three assists in just two competitive starts.

Speaking after the match on Sunday evening, the forward decided to round on his former employers, less than two weeks after completing a world record £198m move away from the Nou Camp.

"I don't have anything to say to the Barcelona board," Neymar began.

"Well, actually I have something to say: That I am disappointed with them.

"I spent four years there and was very happy. I began happy, spent four years happy and left happy. But not with them.

"For me, they shouldn't be in charge of Barca. Barca deserve much better, and everyone knows this."

Trailing 1-0 30 minutes into the first half, Neymar scored his first Parc des Princes goal to equalise for PSG.

His second goal - PSG's sixth - was a thing of beauty as the Brazilian spun and pirouetted his way past three defenders before blasting the ball past the Toulouse goalkeeper.

Toulouse striker Andy Delort, whose foul on the Brazilian led to the penalty converted by Edinson Cavani, compared Neymar's skills to those of another Brazilian who made his mark.

"He's a phenomenon, an artist," he told L'Equipe. "It was like Ronaldinho, we never knew what to expect when he got the ball. I do not know if there's a way to stop him. "The only positive thing is that we have only have to face him once more in the championship."

Neymar also revealed that his former Barcelona teammates were 'unhappy' with the current situation at the club.

"To see my former teammates unhappy makes me sad also, because I have many friends there," said Neymar.

"I hope that things get better for Barca. That they return to the team they were and become one that can compete with the others."

Barcelona began their league season on Sunday night with a comfortable 2-0 win over Real Betis at the Nou Camp.
