McClaren new boss at Nottingham Forest
Former England manager Steve McClaren has been appointed the new manager of Nottingham Forest on a three-year contract. He replaces Billy Davies, who was sacked yesterday.
It marks McClaren's return to English soccer after he was ousted as England manager following the team's failure to qualify for Euro 2008.
Since then, McClaren has worked in Europe, most recently as the manager of the German club, Wolfsburg. He was dismissed by the Bundesliga team in February after successive poor results.
