Shamrock Rovers trio Luke Byrne, Kevin Horgan and Sam Bone have signed new contracts.

Left back Byrne has signed on for a fifth season in Tallaght after impressing manager Stephen Bradley following his return from a long term injury.

Bone and Horgan only joined the Hoops ahead of the 2017 campaign. The latter - the brother of Preston and Ireland winger Daryl - will provide goalkeeping competition for Tomer Chencinski. The versatile Englishman Bone can play in defence and midfield but found opportunities limited last term.
